​AGC of Illinois is the only statewide association representing highway, heavy and utility contractors in Illinois. AGC of Illinois offers a complete range of programs and services to its contractor and affiliate members.

Effective January 1, 2019, AGCI moved from an assessment-based system to an IAF-based system.  Assessments in most counties will cease after the March 2019 IDOT Letting. 

• For work in counties that all trades fall under an AGCI negotiated collective bargaining agreement, the IAF rate will be $0.20 per all hours worked for all trades.  There will be no assessments.
• For work in counties that no trades fall under an AGCI negotiated collective bargaining agreement, members will be assessed as listed below:
  
  • $.0030 up to $4,000,000
    
  • $0.0005 from $4,000,000 to $60,000,000 maximum
    
• For work in counties where not all trades fall under an AGCI negotiated collective bargaining agreement, there will be a blended system.

Annual Dues for Active Members is $2,000 of which $1200 is a contribution to the AGCI PAC*.
Annual Dues for Associate Members is $1,000 of which $500 is a contribution to the AGCI PAC*.
Annual Dues for Affiliate Members is $750 of which $300 is a contribution to the AGCI PAC*.
*The AGCI PAC will go to PAC unless we are notified in writing that you wish it to remain in general funds.
