Effective January 1, 2019, AGCI moved from an assessment-based system to an IAF-based system. Assessments in most counties will cease after the March 2019 IDOT Letting.
For work in counties that all trades fall under an AGCI negotiated collective bargaining agreement, the IAF rate will be $0.20 per all hours worked for all trades. There will be no assessments.
For work in counties that no trades fall under an AGCI negotiated collective bargaining agreement, members will be assessed as listed below:
$.0030 up to $4,000,000
$0.0005 from $4,000,000 to $60,000,000 maximum
For work in counties where not all trades fall under an AGCI negotiated collective bargaining agreement, there will be a blended system.
Annual Dues for Active Members is $2,000 of which $1200 is a contribution to the AGCI PAC*. Annual Dues for Associate Members is $1,000 of which $500 is a contribution to the AGCI PAC*. Annual Dues for Affiliate Members is $750 of which $300 is a contribution to the AGCI PAC*. *The AGCI PAC will go to PAC unless we are notified in writing that you wish it to remain in general funds.
