District labor autonomy is the hallmark governing labor relations decisions and services. AGCI's overall labor policy is formulated and implemented by the Collective Bargaining Committee whose members are elected from each of the 9 Highway Districts.
AGCI negotiates several labor agreements with Carpenters, Cement Masons, Iron Workers, Laborers, Operating Engineers and Teamsters throughout the State. Those agreements along with any addendums are available for downloading on this site.
As contracts are negotiated, AGCI has started to place highlighted versions of the negotiated contract online. The highlighted version shows the language changes that were made. Please see the section Highlighted Contract Language to review language changes.
Questions regarding labor agreements and wage addendums may be directed to our Director of Labor Relations Frank Kazenske.
AGCI is there fighting for its active (contractors), associate (suppliers) and affiliate (service providers) members and making their voice heard.
