Matt Davidson plans and coordinates the broad spectrum of services, programs, events and other activities offered by the Association as well as develops and monitors operational and capital budgets and assures the day-to-day operations of the organization are carried out in accordance with the Association's By-Laws and Rules of Procedure, policies and decisions laid down by the Board of Directors.

Matt Davidson is staff liaison to the Governmental Affairs Committee and all IDOT/Industry Committees.

 

Director of Labor Relations
Frank Kazenske

Frank Kazenske is Director of Labor Relations.  Frank handles negotiations, grievances, disputes or any labor-related matters.  Frank is also staff liaison to the Safety Committee.

 

Director of Member Services
Judy Wainman

Judy Wainman is staff liaison to the Budget & Finance Committee, Membership Committee, Convention Committee, Mid Winter Seminar Committee as well as Editor of The Builder Magazine.

 

Office Manager
Susan Dokey
sdokey@agcil.org

Susan Dokey is staff liaison to the Information Technology Committee, Education Committee, Annual Golf Outing, Education Foundation and performs the support services for the Board of Directors and Governmental Affairs Committee.  Susan also maintains the AGC of Illinois website.

 

Secretary
Justin Lefever
jlefever@agcil.org

Justin is secretary for the Labor Relations department.  Justin is available to answer wage rate questions.  He is also secretary to the Safety Committee.
